The Bible expresses the cornerstone of our faith in the book of John, Chapter 3, verse 16:

For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

As Christians, we believe that God sent his only Son, Jesus Christ to earth to offer salvation to mankind.

In order to achieve this salvation, Jesus had to die on the cross to pay the price for our sins. On the third day Jesus rose from the dead.

The Bible records many occasions when he appeared to his disciples and others before ascending into Heaven some forty days later on the Mount of Olives.

If we believe in Jesus and accept him into our lives, then we will not die but instead will be granted eternal life

We will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the LORD.
( Psalm 78:4)
